Welcome to the professional literature blog. My name is Patricia Stout and here I share useful books for work in various fields. My blog is updated weekly with new articles, and everyone will find something useful for their field.

It seems that getting confused in a bookstore is easiest in the department of professional literature among biographies of entrepreneurs, cases of successful companies, techniques for optimizing work processes. Some of them are a whole event, while others become a series of similar books.

The entire segment of professional literature can be divided into two types. The first includes books that provide applied knowledge and advice, such as from negotiation practices, sales, and time management. It is of course possible and even necessary to apply and integrate these tips into one’s daily work. The second type of literature is the success stories of famous people. They can be interesting, but they are rarely applied in the literal sense. Rather, they are an opportunity to look at the business world through the eyes of another entrepreneur. Which allows you to evaluate your management decisions more objectively. I generally believe that at the heart of any business is a certain author’s concept of the head, the author’s view of the world. Therefore, someone else’s experience can be interesting, but, unfortunately, is not applicable in practice. Literature is a good source of knowledge, but still the most useful advice to entrepreneurs I advise to seek in classical literature.
